Ever wonder why most of us continue to just run our lives on auto pilot, no matter the external circumstances that continue to present themselves? Relationships are such an amazing tool to get to the bottom of most of our misery, yet we fail to ever take heed of the messages they bring. Why is that? It’s sad to think that often times the intimate relationships we have in our lives are really relationships built from the Ego and not from the place of the total truth of who we are. It’s like two actors in a movie, agreeing to play the parts they are assigned and resenting the fact that neither of them is completely at peace.

Are you wanting to feel happy and free in your relationship? If so, it’s important to ask yourself: Who’s really in this relationship? Is it Me or is it the unquestioned beliefs I have about myself, relationships and life that I have been taught? Asking this question with some serious intention and spending time with some of the beliefs that come up, may help you determine how to ultimately be free and happy within your current relationship or allow you to create and manifest one that is from a place of truth and authenticity.

Don’t you think it would be a good idea to take inventory on your beliefs? Then, at least, you could go through them one by one and decide if they really feel right. If they don’t seem to make sense or feel right then decide for yourself what does feel right and make adjustments. Trust yourself and start to find and live your own truth regardless of what society, parents or anybody else has to say about it. Remember, they are all most likely on auto pilot too and have probably never questioned what they have been taught either.

It’s time to embrace and trust that voice within, to help guide you closer to the truth of who you are! Spending some time with your “auto pilot beliefs” and having the courage to make adjustments and changes, can lead you to having more fulfilling relationships and deeper more meaningful life experiences!
